  • Grinding roll with a provision to fill with a mixture of 50% water and 50% anti freeze compound to prevent hot spots from developing on the rubber blanket while grinding
  • Jacketed drum with even distribution of the steam and efficient removal of condensate

Unisanfor

  • A single machine for processing both woven and knit fabric in Open Width
  • Machine comprises of Feeding Unit, Moisturising cum Steaming Arrangement, Shrinking Unit, Felt Calender Unit, Conveyor and Batch Winder
  • Floating compensator to synchronize the speed
  • Positively driven scroll rollers to prevent crease formation
  • A PVC coated Conveyor below the Felt Calender to carry the fabric without tension from Felt Calender to the Winder
  • Scray to collect the fabric from Conveyor and deliver it to the Winder
  • Winder Unit with two driven rollers on which the fabric winding pipe or paper tube can be placed
  • Sliding Side supports for paper tube of varying sizes for different widths of fabrics
